Coach Jalan Thomas Hough is a highly experienced B licensed coach with a passion for developing young talent. His coaching philosophy focuses on technical proficiency, tactical awareness, and character development.

Experience:
- 4+ years with Empoli International Football Academy as a head coach for their First kicks and beginners program.
- Travelled to Italy with Empoli International Football Academy as part of a scouting trip to Empoli Football Club.
- Engaged with Watford Youth Academy.
- Coach at Hills football Academy coaching their A's for all ages.
- Assistant Coach U16's & U18's for Hills Football AYL program.
- Head Coach of U15's & U16's for Hills Football AYL program.
- Technical Director of the U8's at Quakers Hill Tigers.
- Technical Director of Quakers Hill Tigers Development Squads (U12's - U18's both boys and girls program)
